About the Space
Our home has a large kitchen with open floor plan that is great for a wide variety of productions. The main living area leads out to a sunroom that can be used as well. We also offer our backyard for filming or it can be used as equipment staging/crew hangout area. ** Bedrooms and second bathroom are not included in the rental of the home, but may be added for an additional fee** This house is great for a variety of productions. Perfect for commercial shoots, corporate videos, cooking shows, indie films, interviews, photoshoots, student films and much more! *For crews over 15, we do require a Portable Toilet be rented for a second bathroom (we can provide suggestions, typically less than $100/day)

Drew was nice and got back to me so quickly. Everything went well and fluently. It was nice that they prepared a 15 min location tour for us. We used their kitchen and dining room. Highly recommend the place if you are looking for filming in a kitchen.
