About the Space
Modern 2 story pool house with floor to ceiling windows and outdoor courtyard and backyard pool. The first floor is a large open space, and the second floor is our dance studio/work out space with large mirrors. The courtyard and outdoor spaces have artificial grass and concrete. Our pool is a rectangle with an attached lap pool and hot tub. There is also a spacious, artificial grass balcony with a bridge leading to the fire pit and a black spiral staircase going down to the pool. Also features a basketball court with 2 adjustable hoops on the side of the main house and a dryscape in the front. Please be aware that there is a $300 cleaning fee. Thank you!
