Shoot at the best Malibu has to offer in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath Beach-Ranch home with gorgeous white vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams, big widows, natural views and light, hardwood floors, expansive modern kitchen & living space with contemporary amenities. Outside is the perfect production space on a large patio shaded by a beautiful gazebo, built in concrete top BBQ & cooking area, dinning/bar seating, lounge, and an expansive grassy yard surrounded by nature for your outdoor Malibu productions or events. Within a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the front door is access to the very quiet public access to Escondido beach for your sand and water shots. Ample parking for any sized production vehicles in front of the house with a bonus all original 25 foot 1974 Airstream to add to the shot list. Surfboards, hammocks, and vintage vehicles available as shot props on request.
