This 5-suite location is multi-purpose office and gathering space with an industrial, yet comfortable style. We incorporated dark metal, warm wood tones, faux brick, corrugated metal, open ceilings, and orange and blue tones to create an inviting, casual atmosphere. Suites 416 and 418 are open concept office spaces with desks around the perimeter and grouped seating areas/couches that invite collaboration and provide a home-like feel. 418 has a conference room separated by a half-wall with glass windows on top (curtains can be closed for privacy). Suite 420 is our welcome center; it is a single larger room with has a conference table and two smaller comfortable seating areas. This space has large glass windows around 2 entire sides of the room with room-darkening curtains. Suite 434 is has a large childcare room, a therapy/counseling office and two smaller offices. Suite 436 is a larger meeting room with a kitchen space divided off to one side. The gathering area has a sitting area with sofas and comfy chairs, but is largely open to accommodate tables or other types of event set-up. Each suite has it's own bathroom. While all the suites have large "storefront" windows, black-out curtains have been hung in most areas for light control.
