About the Space

This is a casino theme set up for music videos, photoshoots, or even to hang out with friends. Includes a 12 foot long by 4 foot wide large craps table with dice, chips, and accessories. A black jack table with chips. A nice poker table with chips. A gold ceiling with multiple mini chandeliers. Parking options Free onsite parking, Free street parking, Nearby parking lot Parking description There is space for 4 vehicles in the very front of the entrance door and over 20 vehicles across the property. Space does not have natural light Lighting description The space has no windows or any outdoor lighting. There are 6 small chandeliers that bulbs can be switched out for Rgb bulbs. Space is not soundproof Ambient noise description The space is in the back of the location although soundproofing isn't specific, it is not loud and can't really hear neighbors or busy streets. Crew access Ground Floor Staging area is available Lobby space upon availability Some rooms are off-limits for shooting All other sets are off limit unless added on. Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed Electrical system description The circuit breaker is located inside the casino theme studio. Circuit breaker can be accessed General Rules Alcohol is allowed Loud music is allowed This is a prop set for music videos, films, photoshoots or gatherings. NO GAMBLING All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved The craps table CAN NOT be moved. The poker table and black jack table can be moved around the room or out of it for your convenience. Wall decor can be removed or added but must be set back to original place. Smoke machines are allowed Nudity is allowed Security cameras and recording devices There are security cameras in lobby and hallways and entrance of the studio.
