For many years, this entire location was most famous for housing The Art Institute of Houston. The private design and media arts college permanently closed its campus here in September 2023. Today, the facility operates as a multi-tenant commercial office space with heavy highway visibility. It hosts professional offices, creative media ventures like JoubToub Media which was built with Chroma key (commonly known as green screen or blue screen) is a post-production visual effects technique that removes a specific color range from a video or photo to make it transparent, allowing a different background image or video to show through.
