It's a large triangular layout with an open kitchen, rustic dining table, gallery, bar, piano, chandelier, 11 ft. projector screen, surround sound, comfy sectional couch, record player, work space and large custom windows. The raw industrial feel is softened by plants, velvet curtains and contrasted with bright lively colors that gives the loft a character that is truly unique. The space was really bright and airy which lead to some really gorgeous natural light photography opportunities. The greenery was an added bonus. Tim was very helpful while still giving us plenty of space to execute our shoot.

Tim is great! His apartment is awesome and so picturesque - completely fit what we needed, the pictures don't do it justice. Tim left us to do our thing and was an excellent host.
