The home is 2 blocks from the beach. The top floor has folding doors that open up to a massive deck with a fire place and outdoor BBQ/bar. Panoramic views from Malibu to Palos Verdes. The middle floor has all the bedrooms and the bottom floor has a game room and music room with guitars displayed throughout the whole room. There is a small gated front yard that is mostly turf.
