About the Space

Our beachfront home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. We have the capacity to host up to 100 guests for an event. 2500 square feet of space. We have a wood-burning fireplace and a 52-inch TV in the great room. The roof deck has four Moroccan tables with umbrellas and an enclosed glass bar with a mini-fridge, toaster, and coffee maker. There are three spiral staircases that lead to the roof deck. Our home has a Bertazzoni professional range, a gas grill, and a Weber charcoal grill. Kids just love the blue room full of pillows at the top of the turret. Our entire property is gated, with the home being located on a corner walk-street and positioned ocean-front right on The Strand in Hermosa Beach.
