Beautiful Office Space in Saint-Henri in one of the most eclectic and sought after work buildings in the city! Move in ready meaning you just need to bring yourself and start working.
We are a fashion sales, marketing and distribution company and we have an opening in our private, closed door space in the upper mezzanine. The room available is itself about 250 sq ft not including common areas and the loft is about 2200 sq ft. There is a large kitchen, full bathroom, eating area, huge ceilings with plenty of natural light throughout the space. This is probably one of the nicer lofts in the entire complex.
Heat/electricity and internet included.
Inviting space with natural light in a 100 year old home. Floors are dark wood and door frames to match. Stained glass windows in the front and side of room. Four small chandeliers with a large hanging chandelier in the centre.
The space is used as a yoga studio during the week. There have been photo shoots for varying artists as well as shabari and other workshops on weekends. It was also used as a gallery hall for artists to sell their wares. The kitchen, being large and open, has been used for cooking classes as well.
The space is empty save the wall ropes. The ropes themselves can be removed but the supports they are installed upon can not be.
I have had 11 students in the space at the same time and it has worked fine but 8 is a more comfortable number for yoga classes. I am open to the possibility of other ideas coming in, we can discuss what it is you want to do and how we can make it happen.
Prices depend on what's happening.
- Yoga class rental is - 30$ per hour
- If using our equipment then 35$ per hour.
- Other classes please let me know what and how the space is to be used so I can understand whats required of me and the space.
