Modern Industrial Film Studio
This is not your standard rental space.
Originally built for a cobbler in the 1900’s,until it transitioned into a zinc foundry for over 50 years, and now, we’ve turned it into a sweet production space!! We underwent a major renovation, bringing this little slice of history into a modern open concept photo-studio while maintaining it’s original industrial vibe.
This creative, urban space is just waiting for your next photography shoot or film production.
Jefferson Park Creative Space
Creative Space offers a 2,000 sq. ft. space that creates the perfect atmosphere for any event. Featuring graffiti floors, glow in the dark hallway, green room, and prop walls.
Photo/Video Studio with Brick Wall
This curated space is meant to make our guests feel welcomed and right at home. The studio is split into two sections, a small office-like space on the upper level and a spacious “shooting” area with two separate setups on the lower level.
The office section has a vanity mirror/desk for makeup and a small table for photo editing. You will need to bring your own laptop. The office is separated by a small staircase leading to the main shooting floor.
Our studio is set up for photography/videography. The studio’s north wall has a seamless paper backdrop setup hanging from the ceiling set up (seamless paper is included in rental). You are allowed to bring your own seamless paper to hang from our mobile tripod setup. Most of the walls in the studio are brick.
We are proud of our humble little space, especially taking into consideration that we built the vanity mirror by hand over the course of a few days. We hope that this studio is just the first of many to come in the future!
