Great little studio, and having to C stands and lights, true lifesaver. The AC blows cold, it has a bathroom in the back, a green room behind the white studio, and the entrance itself could learn itself to interviews or meet up place.

Get there a 15 min early and start set it up. Nice and quit place, clean and good service. Will back again, fully satisfied with everything they provide. Only one thing Id like to add, they need more wide pictures of all locations at that space, so you can imagine how much space left for your BTS but any way it was enough space for everything. Thanks a lot.

Carlos and the space was perfect for our photo and video shoot. We had to book last minute and he worked fast to confirm our reservation. He met us at the space early in the morning and reviewed all of the possibilities and technology available. It had more than enough props, backgrounds, and opportunities for our shoot. Highly recommend booking.

Tips on How to Organize Video Studios in Orlando

To guarantee a successful video shoot in Orlando, thoughtful preparation and organization of your studio are essential. Here are some tips that can assist you with prepping the space for filming.

  • Start with the basics: Make sure you have a clear plan of the video studio layout, with designated areas marked out for each element of your video shoot. This could include where the camera operator should stand, where additional lighting equipment needs to be placed, etc.

  • Get all you need: Ensure all necessary equipment is in good working order before arriving at the studio. Check that cameras, lights, microphones, and other equipment are functioning properly and easily accessible.

  • Clean your props: If you’re using props or set pieces during the shoot, make sure these are cleaned and ready for use beforehand. A cluttered space will distract during filming sessions and significantly slow production time.

  • Check it out: Survey the room's soundscape before shooting day and address any potential issues, such as background noise from air conditioning units or outside traffic.

  • Make a seating chart: Depending on how large your crew is likely to be, consider preparing a seating plan so everyone knows their roles.

  • Provide nourishment: Have snacks and drinks readily available throughout the day so cast or crew members are not distracted by hunger pangs.

  • Make sure it is cool: You should also consider ventilation requirements – this may require bringing additional fans or dehumidifiers if needed.

  • Let everyone charge up: Finally, think about setting up a temporary charging station if you’re using multiple devices like phones or cameras for an extended period during your shoot.
