About the Space
Top 5 Things to Know Before Booking 1. Our Maximum Capacity Is 50 Guests The Boho Space is best suited for intimate celebrations such as baby showers, bridal showers, and micro-weddings. Our maximum capacity is 50 guests, and this number may not be exceeded unless you have an event that does not need tables and chairs for everyone. 2. Please Book Enough Time for Setup & Breakdown Your booking time should include setup, your event, and breakdown. The space must be fully cleared — including décor, rentals, and personal items — by the end of your scheduled reservation. If additional time is needed, it must be booked in advance when possible and may be billed if available. 3. Who is responsible for setup and breakdown? (Optional Assistance Available) To keep rental rates accessible, guests handle their own setup and teardown, for tables and chairs If you prefer assistance, we offer: Setup service: $75 Teardown service: $75 These services must be arranged in advance. 4. Tables and chairs for up to 50 guests are included at no additional cost. (Linens are not provided) Included furniture: 60 white resin folding chairs 6 round tables (60” diameter): seats 8–9 guests 10 large rectangular tables (72” x 30”): seats 4–6 guests; ideal for dining, food, or gifts 2 small rectangular tables (48” x 24”): ideal for gifts or refreshments All furniture is stored on site and may be arranged to suit your event layout. 5. Treat the Space as You Would Your Own All furniture, plants, mirrors, and décor are included in your rental and must be returned to their original placement at the end of your event. We kindly ask guests to treat the space with care so it can be enjoyed by future celebrations. The Boho Space is thoughtfully designed for: Baby showers Bridal showers Micro-Weddings Graduation Parties Giggster handles all of the deposits and payments. You will need to use a credit or debit card to secure your booking. Cancellations & Date Changes Because dates are removed from availability once booked, it is important to make sure the date you're booking will work for you, and the guest list doesn't grow beyond the capacity of the space. All events must conclude and vacate the space by the scheduled end time. If the space is not cleared on time, overtime fees may apply based on availability and staffing. Booking sufficient time upfront is strongly recommended. Food, Alcohol & Vendors You’re welcome to bring your own food, beverages, alcohol, and décor. Outside vendors are welcome — including caterers, planners, DJs, and bartenders — with no additional vendor fees. A preferred vendor list is available upon request.What is the maximum capacity of the venue? Are the plants and mirrors included in the rental? Yes. All plants and mirrors pictured are a permanent part of the space and are included in your rental. Most plants may be moved, provided they are returned to their original placement before the end of your booking. How much time should I book? Please book sufficient time to allow for setup, your event, and breakdown. The space must be fully cleared — including décor, rentals, and personal items — by the end of your scheduled booking time. Extral time may be billed if the space is not vacated on time. What is the parking situation? There are 29 parking spaces available in the business plaza on a first-come, first-served basis. Let me start by saying that The Boho space is beautiful. Jude’s communication is top tier. Jude made sure we had everything we needed and was available anytime I had a question! The space was clean and well stocked. The music and lighting were such a perfect addition. This was my first time hosting a big event so naturally, I ran over the time I booked in for. Jude was so accommodating about this. This will forever be my go to! Thank you!!

Jude was so lovely to work with. Me allowed me to store my items for my baby shower in the storage room and he gave me extra time to set up the day of. The space it’s self is so beautiful and needs very minimal decoration!

This was the perfect spot for a baby shower! It’s beautiful and peaceful with all the lush plants and soft lighting! There are tables, chairs, and music available which is a huge plus! Jude made sure all our questions were answered quickly and was very accommodating. He was available when we needed him and super helpful setting up the event! It was a wonderful experience all around ~ I highly recommend this amazing location & host!

First of all I’d like to thank Jude for being such an amazing and communicative host. From the moment we booked I felt at ease. Jude’s space is unique, and beautiful. The plants and terra cotta floor added a magical charm for our wedding. The restroom was clean and stocked for our guests, Jude provided tables and chairs which was amazing. Thanks to the music system provided we danced the night away, under the glow of the venues custom lighting. My wedding was for 30 people and it fit us well. We had room for everything. Our guests kept saying how beautiful everything was. Especially the plants, and mirrors. There was something to gaze at in every corner. Almost everything in the space was “instagram-able”. Jude has a gem of a space, he takes great pride and care in. And you can definitely tell. If you are looking for a space that will be cozy, calm, & dreamy please book with him! You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Jude. We had a beautiful night.

The space is so amazingly beautiful. The plants and greenery are unreal. Jude is the most kind and amazing host and made the space so user friendly and amazingly asthetic. Will definitely use this place for future shoots and gatherings!!

I used this space for a bridal shower and it was absolutely AMAZING! Jude was a great host to work with! He’s very kind and welcoming and has literally thought of everything when it comes to utilizing the space! Great communication and tables/chairs were provided. He has a great sound system installed along with lighting that you can choose to fit any theme! Restroom inside and close parking (in a lot.) Guests found the venue easily and loved the plant life inside! It’s a beautiful and pretty large space for gatherings. Pricing was very fair also. 10/10 recommendation and I will personally use this space for future events!
