This one-of-a-kind location was once a former warehouse built in the late 50's but re-envisioned and renovated in 2006 to stand out in the age of prefabricated buildings and meeting spaces. Being the only property on 6th street with a private yard it was redesigned to become a cozy venue that surprises people when they arrive.
Designed to be an urban oasis, the indoor meeting space/garden will shelter your guests from the action on 6th, while allowing you to have the option of continuing the festivities at one of the numerus bars, restaurants, or breweries that are located in the area. Located right in the mix of food, culture and within skipping distance of the booming art scene and nightlife of the east side. The secret garden on 6th is the perfect place to host any party or office event that requires a little extra .
Guests will have access to the entire bottom floor of the unit which includes:

3. 8 person indoor meeting table
4. Garden
5. 7 Person outdoor table
Depending on the type of event, this space can comfortably accommodate about 20 guests. (12-15 outdoor only) and (8 indoor only).
The kitchen can be used as a preparation area for catering
while the indoor meeting table is perfect for a buffet table
