About the Space

This location is an art installation out in the beautiful natural landscaper of the desert of Joshua Tree. The main piece is a vintage Chris’s Craft 48 ft yacht installed on top of a hill in take off position, facing the national park. Other structures available on the premise are : a couple of vintage spartan trailer with custom interiors, an airstream argosy completely opens space with indoor fire pit, a custom built pioneer wagon kitchen, a couple of vintage canned ham tiny trailers Shasta style and a bunch of glam ping styler bell tent. Other artistic props/installations are present such as an open air Bar , a walk the plank with shark jaws, desert star gazing boat and beds and so more. Outdoor are in camping style with fire pits (propane powered so always working and with no smog or any danger with wind), vintage conversion vans with fluffy pink interiors , luxurious clusters of Joshua trees, young palm trees and other desert vegetation are abundant on the premise . All installations are by Italian Artist Alessandro Giuliano. This location has been featured in several movies, music videos, magazines and commercials. It has very wide beautiful views on the desert and custom glam point set up with any kind of “amaerican-roadtrip-desert wilderness-lost in space and time” kind of vibes . The premise is an off grid settlement but has a reception conveniently located off the highway with large parking lot and hook ups for power ,water, drains for big truck and vehicles, air conditioned environment for make up and hair dressing room, fast internet for uploading and area for setting up catering . The art director and owner of the place is from the movie industry and knows how to assist in logistical and with the best pov according to light and time of the day, accessibility of each prop and other kind of operative issues to facilitate the shoots of the property. Our facility has been used often also for Burning Man camps reunions and other kind of events of that a sort barca use of the vibe and for the nature of the setup.
