Welcome to The Grand Bank Loft, an extraordinary and artfully curated penthouse where elements of the original 1912 construction by the Jefferson Trust Company seamlessly blend with modern luxury. 25-foot ceilings and a ~50-foot long living room create an unparalleled sense of space and elegance. The bank's original stained glass skylight and two designer chandeliers provide warm lighting for the modern luxury furnishings below. Three seating areas in the living room accommodate all types of moods and gatherings. The spacious kitchen with carrara marble countertops, Viking Professional appliances is fully stocked with all silverware and cooking-related items. In the bedrooms, King-size beds with premium linens invite you to unwind and indulge in a restful sleep. En-suite master bathrooms are fit with marble finishes, free-standing soaking tubs, plush towels and other spa-like amenities. Practicality is also considered as the apartment has two dedicated workspace areas. The entire apartment is also controlled by Lutron's Wifi Caseta system, which can be turned off/on and dimmed with voice commands.
