About the Space
241 Studios is the perfect space for photo shoots, video shoots, meetups, podcast recordings, celebrations, content creation and more! - Loft space with 12 ft. ceilings and 3 ~ 8ft x 4ft windows. - Wide open space with lots of natural sunlight. - JBL speakers with Bluetooth connectivity. - A full service kitchen with breakfast bar and seating. - A large couch to sit on, and a table to sit at. There's enough seating for ~10 people. - Very fast 1gb WiFi. - 8 wall outlets in the area with windows and 2 wall outlets in the kitchen. About The Neighborhood: - 1 block away from G Train. - Right across the street from a nice coffee shop and Korean restaurant. - There's also Thai, Pizza, a grocery store, and a few stores with food, drinks, and snacks on the block. About The Host: I work from home, so I spend most of my time in my home office, a separate room in the space. I’ve turned the rest of the space into a creative studio for people to utilize for whatever they need. For most bookings, I will be in my home office, out of the way. My goal is to insure a safe, comfortable, and judgement free environment for everyone, but if you prefer complete privacy, I’m willing to accommodate by leaving the space during bookings for an additional $50/hr.
