Beautiful and spacious 4000 square foot gym/studio with ample front office space available for rent by the hour or day for meetings, filming, photography, and launch parties. (We have a valet service that is available upon request as well) Gorgeous high-beamed ceilings, crispy white walls, and spacious floor space provide a clean backdrop for your creative needs. Our space is very popular with photographers and influencers looking for privacy to create content for apps and social media. Our office area has a conference table and small kitchen items, making it perfect for meal breaks and brainstorming sessions. -If the weather is nice, our roll-up garage door in the main studio allows for great natural light. Large windows allow for even more natural light if desired, but shades also can be drawn to keep light out. -Turf room for sprint/sled filming activities. We included photos from previous photoshoots and filming events so you can get an idea of what you can accomplish in our incredible space! All the furniture and equipment can be rearranged; let us know when you book so our team can take care before you arrive. If your event or booking does not involve fitness, let us know when you book; we have a storage room just for this purpose! -Our large office provides the perfect space for meal breaks and brainstorming sessions with your team or crew! The conference table in the office can be easily moved for additional filming space. (Please reference photos) -There are two full-size restrooms in the office; one has a shower with towels and amenities should you need to use it. -We also have experienced filming personnel you can hire to take the stress out of your planning and event organization. They have all the equipment you might need to produce amazing content and can show you how to use it if you want to learn, along with microphones and studio filming umbrella lights if required, be sure to mention this in your booking so we can assist.
