Sereno Espacio is an urban oasis compound with a large outdoor living space perfect for events and 5 modern rustic furnished lofts for a unique overnight experience. The outdoor area has several sitting areas with a bar shed with a service window, fire pit, water fountain, lots of lush planting, room for tables or other set ups making itideal for indoor / outdoor events. The property is located in a historic area of North East Los Angeles and is easily accessed by several major freeways within a few minutes. The compound is private from the street, has a locked gate for access inside, with plenty of on-the-street parking with no restrictions. There is a large lot available nearby for parking a large number of cars and big vehicles, and perfect for valet service.
