Amazing experience! The place is really huge, well-decorated and organised, and there were many areas we're able to utilise for our shoots. Both Gwen and her helper are very welcoming, and have assisted us very well. A huge thanks to Gwen, for going the extra mile to answer most of my questions and being very accommodating to our request, especially when we're shooting some contents which require fur pets to be on set. Drinks & refreshments were also provided - overall very good experience!

It was a great experience and we were truly amazed by the entire design and concept of the establishments. There were sufficient space and room to work with. Some parts of the house, we had a little hiccup with the lighting but overall great place and pleasant communication with the host in terms of preparation.

Had a great experience booking with Gwen and she was very helpful in answering all our queries. She replies quickly and is very accommodating. I appreciate her going the extra mile for us to suggest different props and even mini fan for us to use during our shoot. Will definitely recommend this place for future bookings. The coffee was delicious too!

Gwen was friendly and patient with us and easy to work with, her place is bright and spacious for us to shoot different angles in different parts of the house for our video too. Thank you Gwen for your hospitality!

I've rented Gwen's place twice for shoots and it has always been a very smooth and pleasant experience. She is ever patient and accommodating with our needs! Her home is also always super spick and span.

Booking process was quick, clear and straightforward. Gwen was responsive and helpful in answering our queries. Location impeccably furnished and designed. You don't see a lot of apartments with a staggering 1528sqft. The space was well designed, with little nooks and corners that was excellent to shoot as a lifestyle background. Gwen was very welcoming, and have assisted us very well. We will be back to shoot here! thanks Gwen!

Big thank you to Gwen for accepting my booking request though it was very last minute. I asked for a booking only 3 days before the shoot yet she managed to slot my team in even though she knows it will be busy and a bit rushed as another crew will be coming in after my team left. It was a great experience and were amazed by the entire design layout and concept of the house. There were also sufficient space and room to work with. Helpful in answering all our queries. She replies very quick!
