About the Space
The maisonette is just over 1,500 square feet and was recently renovated top to bottom. Some of the areas that other filmmakers and photographers love to use are (1) the living room, (2) Open balcony area, (3) Dining area with long dining table, and (4) Living room with arch to frame shots Most of the furniture is free standing so it can be moved around for shoots. We generally stay out of the way during filming once the initial intro is done, until handover at the end. (Owner is on-site) We take a maximum of 12 hour shoots from anytime between 7 am to 8 pm. Maximum of 12 people on site. ***Please note that the published rate/pricing is just a base starting rate and is subject to change depending on booking details/several factors such as number of people, time of day, day of the week, season of the year, etc. Always contact us via Giggster for accurate pricing info or custom rates.

Great design and homely location. Perfect for our video shoot. Kitchen is nice and spacious, living room is also bright and open. Suren was fast with replies, friendly and quick to send additional photos we required. Overall a very pleasant experience!

- Bedspread Usage: If you intend to use the beds for any shots, please bring your own bedspread to maintain hygiene standards. During shoot: Rain Protection: In the event of rain, please pull down the ziptrack to safeguard the interior from any water damage. Secure the Home: When no one is present in the house, kindly lock the front door to maintain security.
- Before shoot: Respect the Integrity: To preserve the authenticity and aesthetic of our home, we request that no painting of walls or furniture takes place. We want to maintain the integrity of the space for future guests and shoots. Notify for Furniture Movement: If you plan to move any large or breakable furniture, such as TVs or vinyl players, please inform us beforehand. This ensures the safety of both the furniture and the space.
- Kitchen Appliance Usage: Kindly notify us beforehand if you plan to utilize any kitchen appliances during the shoot. This allows us to provide guidance and ensure the equipment is handled correctly.
- Overtime Charges: If the shoot extends beyond the intended duration, please notify us in advance when you anticipate the need for additional time. Our overtime charges are fixed at S$125 per hour (or S$200 if after 10 pm).
- Post shoot: Leave No Trace: Please ensure that the premises are left clean and tidy. Clear away any debris, packaging materials, or trash generated during the shoot. A clean space ensures that future projects can begin on a fresh canvas. Restore everything Before concluding the shoot, we kindly ask that you return all furniture, props, and equipment to their original positions. Restoring the space allows us to maintain its pristine condition.
- Reporting Breakages: In the unfortunate event of any breakages or damage during the shoot, please inform us before concluding the shoot. This allows us to address the situation promptly.
- Prior Approval for Installations: If you need to install anything within the house, please inform us in advance. We appreciate being notified to ensure compatibility and minimize any potential damage.
