About the Space

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE MESSAGING Enjoy access to our relaxing pool w/ rocks, waterfall & mini grotto in our half acre backyard. You will have use of the downstairs bathroom located inside the house. All other areas of the inside of the house are off limits. RENTAL INCLUDES Access to our backyard, covered patio, pool & hot tub 5 Lounge Chairs + 1 Bed Lounger 3 Moveable Umbrellas **Use of umbrellas may be inhibited during windy conditions 8-10 Pool Towels Misc Pool Floats BBQ Area with Gas Grill & grilling utensils & melamine dishware (upon request) 2 Standard Sized Coolers & 1 small cooler (you will need to bring your own ice) Indoor Restroom with Hand Soap, Hand Towels and Toilet Paper Outdoor Garbage Cans and Liners Outdoor Ashtrays FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST Book our ground level guest room (facing the pool/backyard) for a private place for you & your guests to change, relax or store your personal items during your party. Guest room is listed in “add-ons” below. Overnight stays in the guest room must be approved ahead of time and is limited to 3 guests max. EVENT LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED Go to www.theeventhelper.com, contact your personal carrier of choice or buy at checkout on Giggster ($99 Damage Protection does not cover liability) REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED A $200-$500 refundable deposit is required for all parties depending on size. We will provide you with an event agreement after you book & return your deposit the next day after your party, minus any applicable charges that may occur. PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO CLEAN UP You need to have all guests out of the space by your end time. If you stay past your booked end time additional fees based on your hourly rate taken first out of your deposit and/or an add’t charge through Giggster BE MINDFUL OF YOUR HEAD COUNT Add’t guests past your booked amount will be charged an add’t fee, taken first out of your deposit and/or an add’t charge through Giggster PARKING IS LIMITED TO 20 CARS Add’t parking is available across the street at the Hollywood Park OUTDOOR HEATERS We have 1 large & 1 tabletop outdoor heater POOL HEATING We do not heat the pool Nov - March. The hot tub can be heated up request any time of the year. IF YOU NEED SUPPLIES Albertsons & Shell are about a 4 min drive down Charleston ADD’T CHAIRS & FOLDING TABLES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST If you have a very large group please plan to bring extra chairs & towels RV PARKING Can be used for additional seating, games, canopies, etc. Advanced notice is needed to prepare the area. WIFI Signal strength is best on the patio, it may not stay connected once you are by the pool area NO TICKETED EVENTS OR CASH APP PARTIES This location is not zoned for any private or public "ticketed" events. You can bring alcohol into the space but please don't sell it. PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST BEFORE BRINGING IN OUTSIDE VENDORS This includes catering, live entertainment or a DJ. This is due to any & all insurance restrictions. ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS are allowed on site SMOKING cigarettes, marijuana, or vape are permitted outdoors only NO GLASS IS ALLOWED Alcohol bottles can be kept under the pergola to make drinks in plastic cups IF YOU FORGET SOMETHING Please reach out if you get on site and forget something, we may have it & we are happy to assist if we can/within reason depending on the request
