About the Space

WELCOME! PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW Enjoy access to our relaxing pool w/ rocks, waterfall & mini grotto in our half acre yard. Bask in a view of the Las Vegas strip and sphere while soaking in the Hot Tub. Bring some burgers and grill out on the BBQ. Take a break from the sun under the covered patio areas. You will have use of the downstairs bathroom located inside the house. All other areas of the inside of the house are off limits/not included. RENTAL INCLUDES Access to our backyard, covered patio and pool 2 Lounge Chairs + Covers (please use caution, chairs get hot in the sun) 3 Moveable Umbrellas **Use of umbrellas may be inhibited during windy conditions 8 Pool Towels Misc Pool Floats (we have an electric pump) BBQ Area with Gas Grill and grilling utensils (spatula, thongs) 2 Standard Sized Coolers (you will need to bring your own ice) 1 Small Cooler located by the lounge chairs (you will need to bring your own ice) Hand Soap, Hand Towels and Toilet Paper in the restroom Outdoor Garbage Cans and Liners Outdoor Ashtrays IF YOU FORGET SOMETHING Please reach out if you get on site and forget something, we may have it and we are happy to assist if we can/within reason depending on the request IF YOU NEED MORE ICE, DRINKS OR FOOD, ETC There is an Albertsons and Shell (about a 4 min drive) down Charleston WE HAVE SOME ADDITIONAL CHAIRS & FOLDING TABLES for use upon request IF YOU HAVE A LARGE GROUP please bring extra chairs and towels YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE THE RV PARKING for additional seating, games, canopies, etc. YOU ARE WELCOME TO JOIN THE WIFI Signal strength is best on the patio, it may not stay connected once you are by the pool area. We will give you the WIFI login and open access to the bathroom once you arrive. FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST You can book our ground level guest room (facing the pool/backyard) for a private place for you and your guests to change, relax or store your personal items. Guest Room includes: queen bed, couch, smart TV, desk with chair, walk-in closet with vanity desk and chair, microwave, coffee maker with coffee setup, hot water kettle and teas. Guest room is listed in “add-ons” below. NO TICKETED EVENTS, NO CASH APP PARTIES This location is not zoned for any private or public "ticketed" events. You can bring alcohol into the space but please don't sell it. PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST ABOUT BRINGIN IN OUTSIDE VENDORS This includes catering, live entertainment or a DJ. This is due to any & all insurance restrictions. ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS are allowed on site. SMOKING Cigarettes, marijuana, or vape are permitted outdoors. NO GLASS IS ALLOWED We will make an exception for alcohol bottles, which can be kept on the covered patio to make drinks in plastic cups WE ASK ALL GUESTS Please be mindful of the extreme heat and sun in Las Vegas and plan accordingly by bringing covering, sunhats, sunscreen, water bottles, etc. PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO CLEAN UP You need to have all guests out of the space by your end time. If you stay past your booked end time additional fees based on your hourly rate will be taken out of your deposit. EVENT LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED Go to www.theeventhelper.com, contact your personal carrier of choice or buy at checkout on Giggster. ($99 Damage Protection does not cover liability) REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED A $500 refundable deposit is required for parties. We will provide you with an Event Agreement after you book.
