We are a contemporary, boutique, flex shared workspace nestled between the city of Las Vegas and Henderson. Our unique layout allows for flexibility that can cater to the evolving needs of the modern-day workforce. Our building is divided into 4 sections with the coworking section exclusively dedicated to day users with two private offices enclosed with one floor-to-ceiling glass window and 1 meeting room equipped with all of your A/V needs. Need a smaller space to get work done? We have several open desks available with desktop monitors upon request. Eligible guests will have access to the kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea, dining bar and lounge area and the rooftop patio.
Our 250 sq.ft. conference room situated on the Ground Floor lends a cozy yet focused atmosphere conducive to all-hands-on-deck, heads-down discussions. Its full enclosure punctuated by a few picture windows for natural light strikes a balance between privacy and a refreshing environment.
