Comfortable and Ideal Space for recording Podcasts, Photoshoots, or a Portion or Your Music Video or Short Film. This studio space is a 700 sq ft enclosed private room with separate space with window to allow you to see directly into studio space without being in the same room. Studio also has an Indoor "stoop" with stairs that creates a unique aesthetic to the space and can be used if needed. There is a CAR SHOWROOM fully open with additional 6000+ sq ft and a select assortment of classic foreign cars on display . This space can also be used to record in addition to Main Studio space UPON ReQUEST ONLY Bathroom is also available to use on premises.
