About the Space

A turn of the century, center hall colonial, with many updates in the last 10 years. The home has 6 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a yard with a deck and small in ground pool. (If you are interested in a pool /yard rental only, I use a different platform for this. Please check out my IG @swimplyamazing for pics and info) The attic is renovated and has a full bath with a claw foot tub. The house has beautiful hardwood floors, feature original molding and stained glass windows. The home was recently featured in a short film and 2 music videos and the feedback had been amazing.

    The one word that comes to mind when describing this house, is “delightful”. My company rented this house for a major photoshoot with close to 50 people consisting of cast, crew and clients. The size and layout of the house allowed for each group to have their own space to work, observe and wait comfortably. This home is as advertised and so much more. The back deck area was an added bonus. Christian, the house manager was extremely hospitable and was able to assist with solutions for all of requests. I would highly recommend this house for video and photo shoots.
