A curated 4,500 square foot industrial loft. Specializing in photography, music video and commercial productions. With 10,000 unobstructed square feet over two floors, a 19’-high wooden truss ceiling, cement walls, large factory windows and a drive-in vehicle ramp, our location is truly unique. Housed in a renovated 1920s transformer factory, the chic loft-style studio doubles as a raw warehouse set with fantastic natural daylight, gritty textures and an eclectic array of furniture. Located 20 minutes from New York City, in the Ironbound neighbourhood of Newark, NJ.

ODR studios is a creative's playground. Each section of the loft is carefully curated and designed to be the perfect setting for any event or shoot. The lighting is immaculate during both day and night. The space is huge so you can use one side and set up on the other. Alex is a gracious & helpful host. Will be using this location again.
