A curated 4,500 square foot industrial loft. Specializing in photography, music video and commercial productions. With 10,000 unobstructed square feet over two floors, a 19’-high wooden truss ceiling, cement walls, large factory windows and a drive-in vehicle ramp, our location is truly unique. Housed in a renovated 1920s transformer factory, the chic loft-style studio doubles as a raw warehouse set with fantastic natural daylight, gritty textures and an eclectic array of furniture. Located 20 minutes from New York City, in the Ironbound neighbourhood of Newark, NJ.

The space is amazing - it's huge and offers a variety of unique settings, from the entrance all the way up to the rooftop. We were filming short interview videos while simultaneously shooting an editorial-style photo gallery, and it was easy to create a wide range of different scenes throughout the space. Alex was incredibly helpful while we were on set. He accommodated our last-minute request to extend our booking, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. He truly made us feel at home while we were working. I highly recommend renting this space. It was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely book it again.

ODR studios is a creative's playground. Each section of the loft is carefully curated and designed to be the perfect setting for any event or shoot. The lighting is immaculate during both day and night. The space is huge so you can use one side and set up on the other. Alex is a gracious & helpful host. Will be using this location again.
