Gorgeous open space, industrial loft located in the Ironbound section of Newark. This magnificent loft has been used by both Major film studios and Indie movies. It has been featured in numerous movies, small video shoots, commercials, documentaries, interviews, and photo shoots. This apartment building was formerly a button factory which is what gives the space its beautiful industrial character. The building is 4 floors and it has two entrances, both offer elevator access. The loft offers high ceilings, exposed beams and brick walls, wide plank hardwood floors and tons of natural light. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft apartment that offers a big open space living area with modern, minimalist industrial decor. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large stunning island as its focal point. The loft also offers a lovely communal courtyard. The loft is walking distance from Newark Penn Station and Prudential center. For productions/events that are over 15 people, there is an additional fee to rent the loft.

    Thi sspace was great, much quieter than we expected for being so close to the train station. Del was great to work with and would 100% book with him again!
