About the Space
Located in Downtown Miami, within walking distance to many of the city’s most sought after restaurants, high-end shopping and major entertainment venues. This property is new (built June 2022), hip, modern, High-Tec and very unique. We have different areas that can be used for any particular vision you would have. We have two restaurants on-site, a pool-deck, private and public workspace. Lively neighborhoods such as Brickell, Wynwood Arts District, Little Havana, Little Haiti, Miami World center, Miami Beach are all just a short drive away. Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport are also both conveniently located our property.
