This sprawling one acre property is perfect for any project. The three level Tuscan Villa boasts stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, a lagoon, and the gorgeous La Costa Resort Golf Course. There is a large lawn for outdoor shooting, as well as, a large modern pool with built in pool beds, a smaller pool with a full swim up bar, and a 10 person jacuzzi. All bedrooms in the house have their own private terraces and bathrooms. The 1200 square foot master has a large covered terrace with a fireplace, as well as, an additional one in the bathroom with an outdoor shower. The grand entrance to the home has 24 foot ceilings, marble and Onyx flooring and a breathtaking wrought iron curved stair case. The property has two full chefs kitchens, one being outside in the downstairs cabana. On the bottom floor of the property is a full bar/lounge area with a pool table, as well as, an 800 bottle wine cellar.
