About the Space

Perfect for your baby shower, anniversary, graduation, birthday party or photo shoot! We are currently not hosting weddings. The large grassy area can comfortably accommodate 50+ people with tables, chairs and canopies and the upper part of the backyard is perfect for a taco truck or other catered food area under the pergola. The BBQ island can be used to grill or as a wine/beer bar, and there is plenty of room for people to hang out at the fire pit or on the large deck. Your guests will enjoy the relaxed vibe, beautiful landscape, and ocean breeze! Contact us for a private walk through so you can check out our beautiful space. :-)

    This is our second time shooting at the location and we love it! The backyard location is idea for our video shoot. Although it is wintertime and the grass is drier, Jeff, the owner went out of his way to make the grass green. Jeff is very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend anyone considering shooting or hosting an event at this location!

    Jeff's backyard was an absolutely perfect backyard in Carlsbad for my baby shower and would be great for any event. The real standout from our rental experience was Jeff's consistent communication leading up to and the day of the event. He was an amazing host who went above and beyond in accommodating my event. I can not recommend this space enough and promise that your event will shine in this space.

    Jeff is a really nice host and has a very nice backyard. He made sure that all our needs were met , lights, tables and chairs. all guests loved the place and what he has done to make it a nice place for a celebration. it was our 40th birthday party with guests, dance, drinks, music and all went nice. Thanks to Jeff to make all the things possible on whatever we asked for. Will definitely recommend to friend.

    Jeff couldn’t be a more gracious host. Not only was the property exactly what was described/needed, but honestly he was the best location host we have had. There are restrooms available, areas to set up crafty, recycle and trash, easy parking, and a gorgeous view to boot. I can’t recommend this location/host enough. Hope to shoot again here.

    We threw our 5 year old's Jurrasic World party here and it turned out amazing!!! We forgot a few things, and each time Jeff saved us! He was attentive. and so welcoming to my family and I. We thank you immensely, and your house will be our first thought for our next event!
