The property features many different settings ... including an open nature area with Balinese-type trees, a 60-ft bamboo living wall, a beautiful tranquil turquoise swimming pool, a huge 2,000+ sq ft patio, a cabana w/ an outdoor kitchen, giant Sulcatta tortoises from Africa, ocean views from the back of the lot, and much more. The property is very versatile and provides many environments to be taken advantage of. It's a great place for portrait photoshoots, commercials, fashion shoots, and film shoots. The diverse choice of settings allows for versatile use, each area is filled with a lot of natural light. * Bedrooms are not available.

    Our film crew had the pleasure of working on location at this unique and versatile property in the Bird Rock neighborhood of La Jolla, and we were blown away by how well it worked for our needs. Spread over an acre; the property offers a range of different settings that are perfect for film shoots, commercials, and even fashion shoots. We particularly loved the open nature area, which had a rustic and exotic feel thanks to the Balinese-type trees. The 60-ft bamboo living wall and tranquil turquoise swimming pool also provided stunning backdrops that added depth and character to our shoot.
