About the Space

Event space close to the beach Perfect for photography use or your groups meetings or events. Two large 900 sf rooms. One room with 4 large conference tables that can fold up and clear out. Large floor yoga mirrors. The other large room features a lounge area with couches and chairs with a tv. Space has two restrooms and a kitchen. Located in the heart of shore drive two blocks from the beach and a half block from the seashore state park walking trail. $70 per hour. Can meet on site to show space when needed. Max number of people would be 35. Also great to run yoga groups. We do not allow alcohol.
