We live in rural Virginia Beach surrounded by farmland and equestrian properties. Our 3 acres is bordered by tall, lush green evergreens and maple trees. We have two chicken coops (one overgrown and run down, one functional with 5 chickens and a rooster), a dog area, large backyard patio, clothesline, and a large tool shed. We have two project vehicles perma parked in the driveway, an old 1980s jeep and a 1969 camper van. Our garage is a large work space partially taken up by a garage gym and we are frequently found outside rowing or pushing a sled. Inside is a ranch style home with lots of open space and a beautiful wood room perfect for a poker night. Our living room wall has a large whiteboard where guests frequently leave funny drawings and my husband and I use to explain our daily stories to one another.
