ALCOHOL
We allow for Beer and Wine, and Hard Kombucha and Seltzers to be consumed on our premises. No Hard Liquor. By renting out our studio you agree to carry commercial insurance and take on all liability and responsibility for any alcohol or activities on our premises. No underage drinking.

Heads up! We're proud to support local artists and we regularly feature rotating exhibitions in the space. There's a good chance that we'll have artwork on the walls during your rental. Contact us to see photos of the current exhibition.
