The journey continues into the expansive custom-built pink round room, where a pink rotunda envelops you in luxury, complete with a circular couch, hot pink shag carpet, and a round glass coffee table. Here, original features abound, including a working tube TV and attached cabinets housing a media center with a surround sound radio system and an original 8-track player. Adjacent, the main living room exudes ornate elegance, with a plush velvet sectional couch, gold wood detailing, and a large display cabinet. With its vintage charm and timeless appeal, this space serves as an ideal film and photo shoot location for hire. Beyond, a massive balcony offers breathtaking views of Miami Beach and Biscayne Bay, while the kitchen boasts custom blush wood cabinets and XL gold crystal handles.
