This was our second time using this space for a production and it delivered! We always appreciate Deedee the site rep - she's laid back, helpful, and communicative. Love working with her. Some more positives: there's AC inside the space, there's a changing room, a green room, and a bathroom on site. This space provides a lot of rooms for different scenes/shots (classroom, retro diner, gym/boxing area, school hallway, principal's office). Only drawbacks I'd say are that the space is a bit dirty/dusty, and parking (which is street parking) fills up fast. My team and I would definitely use the space again!

My production team last-minute needed a place that could make a laser maze for us and this place was able to deliver! Joseph, Nathan, and Hector were all super flexible and Hector worked with us to create the maze. We had a lot of freedom with placing the lasers and they showed up great on camera. This place has their own gated parking lot that's included in the rental which is always appreciated and Nathan was super communicative prior to our shoot day and on our shoot day. My team and I would definitely use this space again.
