About the Space

The Synergy Studio is located in beautiful, historic San Antonio, Texas, on the north side of downtown, one block from the San Antonio River. We have two gorgeous studio spaces available for rent, with sprung wood floors and fantastic acoustics. The common spaces have a unique patterned concrete floor, with two baths, and a reception/greeting area. We also have office spaces for rent, and a massage table available if needed. In addition, we have a salon space with one client chair and wash bowl. The Synergy Studio offers movement, health, and wellness for everyBody, through a variety of instructional classes and workshops. It is a cutting edge studio unlike any other in Texas, presenting over 40 classes a week in Nia, Yoga, Pilates, Journey Dance, Tai Chi, Hand Drumming as well as Massage Therapy, Hair Salon, Yoga Therapy, Transformational Breath®, Reiki and special concerts with unique instruments. The Synergy Studio is educating and motivating people from San Antonio as well as travelers from all over the United States... come join the fun! The hours and availability of the different spaces are different every day. Please send us a note with your desired times/days, and we will get back to you asap. Note: a site rep fee is charged on a case-by-case basis, depending on the type of booking and the necessity to have a site rep present.
