Good place and decent space! It was clean and definitely spacious. I do however would say the space is for calmer/quieter parties/gatherings. Maybe I misunderstood the rules or they weren’t super clear prior to booking but no loud music and you can’t use your own speaker. They want you to use theirs which if it’s just a get together it works but not for party where music is part of it. A few of our guest found it weird that one of the people in charge just walks in during the parties randomly to check up on you. They thought it was odd. Which it wasn’t that big of an issue it was more of the Scene it caused can be embarrassing. They were both great and very understanding. Like I said if you want a loud party, music or dancing this not the place. But great for a baby shower or a younger kids party.

Michael has a beautiful home - but I was surprised to discover it is Michael's literal home - and he and his family were present at the property while we were there, and even passed through during our event! It was not a huge deal, and I know Michael and family did their best to stay out of our way, but it was an unexpected surprise. We had a party of 15; I'd learned ahead of time that nothing in the kitchen is available for use except the oven (no access to dishware/drinkware/dishwasher) and the space to keep food and drinks cold was very limited - would be something to keep in mind for a larger event. As it says in the listing, shoes are not permitted inside the house (or shoe coverings required) - understandable but not ideal, depending on what kind of event is being hosted. Again - none of these things were detrimental to our event, but they are things I wish would have been made more clear ahead of time. The space served our purposes (a birthday party) and I would likely book again. Michael was a responsive and hospitable host.
