This is a true daylight studio.
Artificial lighting is minimal, so you may want to consider bringing extra lighting if the ambient light coming through the windows is not going to be adequate for your project.
This studio is not soundproof. Trains go past nearby regularly, and we have have tenants who run a dance studio next door.
The exterior campus is shared with anybody else who may have a photo or video shoot booked that day. Also, we have many tenants who come and go as they please. An example of how this may impact you would be if you wanted to shoot in one particular location but it was already being used by somebody else, you would have to wait your turn. Likewise, if you were to set up your scene in an area of high traffic, you likely would not be able to control the activity that happens around you during that scene. And finally, there may be cars parked outside of the big studio windows as well as foot traffic.
