The space
Nestled around Salt Lake's second-largest public oasis, Liberty Park, and just two blocks east of the vibrant 9th & 9th - Salty City’s most dynamic neighborhood - this modern new build offers the perfect blend of community spirit and urban chic.
The residence occupies a tranquil spot at the rear of an existing property, ensuring ample space, privacy, and serenity. Its design is a harmonious mix of classic charm and contemporary updates, featuring a yoga deck, top-of-the-line washer/dryer, filtered hot water, a sauna, and much more. The open-concept layout radiates charm, comfortably accommodating 2 guests, with a cozy loft area for reading or relaxation that can sleep an additional 2 visitors.
We take particular pride in the sauna, outdoor shower, and bike wash station, making this home an ideal base for your seasonal escapades. It epitomizes the convenience of ski/bike in/out living within the city's limits.
Your mountain adventures - be it skiing, touring, biking, or hiking - are a mere 5 to 20 minutes away, depending on your destination.
Despite its serene, small-town ambiance, stepping out from this quiet city haven means immersing yourself in rich cultural experiences. The street itself is a favored route for walking, biking, and running to and from the park.
In essence, this urban sanctuary stands as a prime spot for your next adventure, offering an unbeatable mix of tranquility, accessibility, and outdoor lifestyle amenities.
Guest access
The entire 800 square feet is yours and yours only. The back patio and front porch are also recommended, especially in spring and summer. The main street, 600 East, is constantly teeming with joggers, LARPers, picnickers, and other assorted health-conscious, “outside”-type people, Liberty Park is one of the city’s central hubs of communal living. It is a quiet street of friendly porch sitters and park goers.
I typically only interact with guests if I am giving them a scenic tour by air of the city (I am a pilot). If I do need to access the space for any reason I always give proper notification of my coming and going and meet guests in person whenever possible beforehand.
