About the Space
Our home was built in the 50’s and recently renovated. When you walk into our home, you are welcomed by a light and airy, cozy living room and an open floor plan that includes a music and dining room. Continue back into the kitchen and tv room which are tucked at the back of the house which makes this area an ideal place for hiding extra crew members and having food breaks. There is a master suite which a past film crew used as a makeup and rest area for cast members. There are 4 additional rooms and bathrooms. Our yard features a lovely patio and patio furniture with a water feature nearby. Yard is manicured and beautiful. We would be thrilled to have you choose our home for your next film production! We are flexible and are ok with you moving furniture, painting, etc to suit your filming needs.
