This space has two distinct looks. The Great room has a 23’ high ceiling with exposed steel beams, a large open area with a concrete floor, a pristine white projection wall and floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. There is an adjoining large, covered patio surrounded for privacy by a ficus tree wall. The Rafters has a more rustic feel, featuring a cathedral ceiling with exposed wooden trusses, rusted metal cross supports and skylights [which can be covered] down the center of the ceiling. There is a smaller, landscaped covered patio and a green room. Both spaces are blank canvases that offer as many creative options as you can think up. The spaces stand on their own and can be used as is but look amazing when dressed up as ballrooms. Rates are variable and based on impact [eg. motion vs stills, hours on property, cast/crew size and number of areas used. The rate proposed on this listing is based on minimal impact and crew size for a stills shoot. Capacity is 250 seated, 500 standing reception. Rates are per space used (Rafters, Great Room, or Lounge/Porch). Four Hour Minimum. Prep and wrap days/hours at 50%. Times Available: 8am-10pm. Features: Covered patio with bistro lights; Garage door access for load-in /out.
