The venue's building dates back to the late 1800's with parts of the building being added in the mid 1900's. The dancehall features an exposed beam ceiling with twinkle lights and a wood-paneled stage. Our stage has featured the likes of Dale Watson, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Johnny Rodriguez, Willie Nelson, and many more of Texas' greatest. Throughout each space in the building is a rustic and true Texas fashion ambiance. Bar signs and memorabilia line each wall to encompass the rich history of this dancehall. Hence we are: "Caught Between the Weird & the West" The building features three separate sections: Front - Main bar with three tiered liquor shelf, U-shaped bar top, county line on wood-paneled ceiling separating dry county that divided the building in 1990's, classic swinging bar doors, sliding glass windows that open to 290 West, original 1800's dark wood flooring. Middle - Pool tables & bathrooms, concrete floor, "Little Wheel" sign, L-shaped bar top. Back - Concrete dance floor, zig-zag bar top with four TV's, carpeted stage, twinkle lights handing over exposed beam ceiling, garage doors with windows that overlook the outdoor patio, night club lighting and sound system. Patio - Just outside the dance floor is a fenced in outdoor patio with tables, room for games, outdoor stage setup. Parking - Can park right up to the front door or around the west side of the building with access to back door by stage or back patio. Our neighboring restaurant is also available for additional parking (must request well in advance) RV water & electric hookup available on site Large private room/green room available on site Fully equipped kitchen and large walk-in cooler available for use (must request well in advance)
