This rental includes access to some amenities (upon request) - and three parking spots. This penthouse has convenient access to transit (1 min walk to the Canada Line) and a bus loop hub. It is located right across from Richmond Centre and other eateries. **Due to this being a residential building, please be mindful of noise levels after 9:30pm.**
