If you do need a space for production, photography or video production. IMPORTANT NOTE: (Please relay any of the follow below before booking with us) -For videography, please indicate if you’ll be recording SOUND during your booking -For photography/videography, please notify us if you would like all house lights completely TURNED OFF for your booking -For booking, if there are multiple bookings on a same day, a 30 minute gap between bookings is REQUIRED before your schedule We have Cyclorama Wall, Infinity Wall Background Studio for Rental and Production Usage. Close to Home Depot and Ikea. the best location if you want to do production designs. Studio Features: - Open space, total 7000 sqft - air conditioned, ladies and mens bathroom - high speed internet - Canon Pro-100 Printer (A3 Paper Photo Print $14.00 per page, $9.99 for Memebers) - Lots of free parking along the street Fees - $50/hr for just one set strobe (3 lights) and 1 choice of backdrop - $70/hr for all photography equipment, lights, & all color backdrops - $350 for full day (8hr) includes all photography equipment, basic light sets, & color backdrops (advance lighting equipment are not included, see below for more infos) -Monthly Rental Membership is available, please talk to the host for more information We also have advance high advance lighting equipment for any high level productions during your bookings, extra rental charge required (not included in any booking option), listed below (PAYMENTS TO BE DONE ON SITE FOR EXTRA RENTALS) -Aputure vl 300 - $35 (1 available) -Aputure 120Dii - $25 (1 available) -Godox SL 150W - $10 per light (2 available) -Aputure t4c RGB tube - $30 (1 available) -LED Panels - $30 per 1 light or $60 for a set of 3 lights (3 available) -Hazer - $30 (1 available) -Fresnel light box - $10 (1 available) In addition, our space can also accommodate the usage of a vehicle. Such an amazing space! Very large, with all the best lighting gear. Really great for professional shoots, and could fit a tan off people if needed. You can make any kind of art happen in here.
