Parking is available for 1 vehicle, with free street parking for your convenience.
AVAILABILITY + RATES:
- Flat day rate of $625 (plus GST) within the hours of 9AM-4PM (note Giggster breaks it down to an hourly rate, but this location only books at a flat day rate. This means if you're looking to book for less than 7 hours, the day rate still applies.)
- Availability is on weekdays only from 9AM to 4PM. For multi-day bookings or availability outside the listed hours, please inquire for additional rates and arrangements.
- Booking time includes prep, set up, and take down.
IMPORTANT NOTES TO CONSIDER:
- Serious inquiries only. There is a non-refundable $85 plus GST scouting fee, per day of scouting.
- This is a private family residence, with access to the foyer, library, living room, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, master bedroom, front yard, and courtyard. The upstairs, garage, and children's bedrooms are NOT available.
- We maintain a pet-free, vape/smoke-free, drug-free and alcohol-free environment.
- Please ensure you take any trash with you when you leave and refrain from using our garbage bins.
- There may be quiet office work taking place in a detached unit located in the backyard during your rental. Brief use of the bathroom or kitchen by owner may be necessary during breaks.
- To protect our flooring, we request that stilettos or high-heeled shoes not be worn. Any damage caused may result in repair or replacement costs being invoiced to you.
- Furniture can be rearranged for your shoot, excluding the library bookshelf, foyer console table, and bed. The sectional should be moved with extra care.
- Please return all furniture and objects to their original positions (we recommend taking snapshots on your phone before starting your shoot). When moving items, please lift them instead of dragging.
In the event of damage, loss, theft, or changes to the integrity of any items in the space, an invoice for replacement will be provided.
- Use of stove, oven, fridge are NOT included in price.
- Items enclosed in areas such as fridge, cabinets, and drawers are NOT included in rental.
- The renter will be asked to present rental insurance, production insurance, filming permits, model releases, and any other relevant requirements.
