Beach cottage sits on an acre of lawn at the tip of Long Island sound, surrounded 270 degrees by water with a view of New York City. Lawn can be used for filming, retreats, concerts, dances, dinners. Cottage is perfect and picturesque. Waves lap at window level, you can see the skyline light up across the Sound. There is no other place like it in the world. The house looks like it could be on a Grecian island.
