Unique features include vast white and brick walls, cement and dark hardwood floors, multiple rooms with dividers, walls, a private green room for hair and makeup, a conference room behind a glass wall, a retro game arcade, exposed ductwork, and kitchen. The hourly rate shown is based on a still photo shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less for a minimum of 10 hours.
