This is a gorgeous modern open concept home with views of a pool backed by a palm tree as soon as you walk in. Heated jacuzzi that can seat up to seven. There's also four lounge chairs in the back and two chairs with a lounge table for extra seating. It would be perfect for birthdays, quinceaneras, anniversaries, graduations, holiday parties, and other celebrations so long as the music stops at 10pm. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Games available upon request. Rules: 1) Absolutely no loud music (loud anything) after 10pm. If noise continues past this time, neighbors will call police. I have no control over this. This is a city ordinance and this is a quiet neighborhood. 2) Booking for 2 and inviting 20 people is a "party" and must be disclosed. There will be monitoring and it will come out of the deposit if rules are broken. 3) Kitchen to be used for heating up food, not to cook in. You are more than welcome to bring catered food to the house, order food, or bring food from home. 4) No pets inside pool 5) No smoking inside the house or in the backyard. 6) Do not leave sliding glass doors open and the AC on at the same time. Please choose one or the other. 7) Please be respectful of the property. 8) Nothing inside the pool that will contaminate it. 9) Please watch over children responsibly. 10) Have fun responsibly and respectfully :) Things to consider: 1) There's no washer/dryer 2) There's no wifi (you can use your mobile hotspot) 3) There's no cable (you can bring a firestick) 4) There's one television one of the bedrooms, not in living room 5) This is an overall quiet neighborhood, so if the intent is to party loudly, please pass on this house.
