The Studio is located East Downtown Austin inside a gated community. Is surrounded by an eclectic mix of restaurants and coffee shops if you need a break or to go after. There is plenty of street parking if needed in addition to the reserved parking when you rent the studio.

We are privately located on the third floor, no elevators. It offers an open space structure with large windows from wall to wall overlooking Downtown. The studio is a creative artist space and designed so that everything can be moved around according to what you want to create.

*If you are looking to use the claw foot tub for a milk bath or regular bath let me know so I can help you prepare it as there is no attached plumbing to it. This will be complimentary so it doesn't kill your time.
The bathroom also comes with a tub if you prefer that.
